We request smart elegant attire. Prohibited items include caps, large chains, hoodies, tracksuits, hoods, large printed designer tops, shoulder-strap man bags, sleeveless tops, sunglasses, activewear, sports trainers, shorts, and sandals.

The number of set menus confirmed at the time of booking is final. Reductions in guest numbers, including amendments made within 24 hours of the reservation or no-shows, will not reduce the charge. The original number of set menus booked will be charged in full.

Please arrive on time. Due to high demand, reservations are held for a maximum of 15 minutes. Afterthis time, Mistress of Mayfair reserves the right to release the table. If you are running late, please callus on +44 (0)20 3727 6997. Booking times cannot be extended and, at management's discretion, deposits may only be used towards drinks on the evening.

Your seating time is stated on your booking confirmation. We require the table back at the specified time for subsequent reservations. Guests are welcome to continue their evening in the bar area.

In line with our commitment to guest safety and regulatory compliance, valid photographic identification may be requested upon entry. Being retained.

The full deposit will be redeemed against the final bill. Deposits are non-refundable, and no partialrefunds will be issued if fewer guests attend than originally booked. By making a reservation, guests expressly agree to these terms and authorise the deposit charge.
Any chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute raised in contradiction of this policy will be vigorouslycontested using booking confirmations, payment records, communications, and accepted terms and conditions. Where appropriate, abusive or unfounded disputes may be reported to the relevant payment provider and investigated as potential chargeback fraud.

To ensure the best experience for all guests and allow us to prepare accordingly, the following policyapplies to all group reservations of 9 guests or more.

Group bookings are confirmed once the reservation has been accepted by the restaurant. A cardauthorisation or deposit may be required to secure the booking.
Cancellation:
More than 48 hours before the reservation: No charge
Within 48 hours of the reservation: Full cancellation fee applies
No-show: Full cancellation fee applies
Changes in Guest Numbers:
Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to the reservation.
Reductions in guest numbers within 24 hours of the booking may still be charged for each missing guest.
Increases in guest numbers are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Restaurant Discretion:
The restaurant reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances, including inappropriate behaviour or failure to comply with restaurant policies.

All guests must be 18 years of age or older. Valid photographic identification may be required upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone unable to provide proof of age.
