Mistress of Mayfair FAQ’S

  • Mistress of Mayfair embraces an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere. Guests are kindly requested to dress smartly. Sportswear, tracksuits, flip-flops, beachwear, and excessively casual attire are not permitted. Entry remains at the discretion of management.

  • To preserve the exceptional dining experience offered at Mistress of Mayfair, a minimum spend of £100 per guest on food applies on Fridays and Saturdays. Beverages and service charge are excluded from the minimum spend calculation.

    Additional minimum spend requirements may apply for selected events, premium tables, and special occasions. Any such requirements will be communicated at the time of booking.

  • Club Tables are available from midnight onwards and offer an elevated late-night experience.

    £100 per guest deposit is required in advance to secure the reservation and will be redeemed against the final bill on the night of your visit.

    All guests attending Club Tables are required to present a valid physical photographic ID upon entry, regardless of reservation status. Photographs, photocopies, or digital ID formats will not be accepted.

  • Yes. Group bookings of up to 16 guests can be made directly online. We offer three curated set menus for group dining.

    Simply book online and you will be able to view and select your preferred set menu at the time of reservation.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. The full deposit will be redeemed against your final bill on the day of your visit.

  • Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the reservation time for a full refund of the deposit.

    Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation, no-shows, late arrivals resulting in the table being released, or significant reductions in guest numbers may result in the deposit being retained.

  • No. Deposits are allocated to the reservation as confirmed and are redeemed against the final bill. Refunds are not available for reductions in guest numbers after confirmation.

  • We allow a grace period of 15 minutes from your reservation time. After this period, your table may be released and your reservation treated as a no-show.

    We kindly ask guests to allow sufficient travel time and plan their journey accordingly to ensure a timely arrival.

  • All reservations are allocated a 2-hour seating time unless otherwise stated. We kindly ask guests to respect this allocation, as tables may be required for subsequent bookings. Extensions may be accommodated at management's discretion and subject to availability.

  • No. Mistress of Mayfair operates a strict 18+ policy at all times, including for all reservations. All guests must be aged 18 or over.

    Guests are required to bring a valid physical photographic ID with them and may be asked to present it upon entry, even when holding a confirmed reservation. Photographs, photocopies, or digital versions of identification will not be accepted.

    Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest who is unable to provide acceptable proof of age.

  • Yes. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when making your reservation. While we will make every effort to accommodate your needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

  • A discretionary 15% service charge will be added to the final bill unless otherwise stated.

  • Guests are welcome to bring a celebration cake subject to prior approval.

    cakeage fee of £12 per guest will apply. For health and safety reasons, homemade cakes are not permitted. All cakes must be supplied by a professional bakery and clearly display a list of ingredients and allergens on the packaging.

    Mistress of Mayfair reserves the right to refuse any cake that does not meet these requirements.

  • Yes. Mistress of Mayfair is available for private dining, corporate events, celebrations, product launches, and exclusive venue hire. Please contact our events team for further information.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards. Cash payments may be accepted at management's discretion.

  • On selected evenings, Mistress of Mayfair features live entertainment, DJs, performances, and immersive experiences designed to complement the dining atmosphere. Programming may vary and is subject to change.

  • Yes. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any guest whose behaviour, attire, conduct, or level of intoxication is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the venue's standards and policies.

  • Photography and videography may take place during events and service. By entering the venue, guests consent to the use of such content for promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
